Access Improvements to Rolls Bridge

Project Description

Rolls Bridge is a countryside site near the centre of Gillingham, owned by NDDC and managed by the Countryside Rangers for nature conservation and public access. Improvements will be made to permissive paths, replace the old stepped bridge with a sloped one to allow access for pushchairs, mobility vehicles, cyles and the less able, and provide dropped kerbs at the crossings with Cemetery Road to allow easy crossing for wheeled vehicles.
