Performance reports
Our performance is monitored against national and local performance indicators on a quarterly basis. A performance report is produced and considered by the Senior Management Team, Portfolio Holders, Team Brief and the Service Review Committee.
The aim of the report is to provide a concise and honest summary of what's going well, what's not going well, where there are potential risks and where we have to put performance back on track. The report summarises our performance information against our priorities and key strategic themes.
Where performance is slipping we also monitor the specific service area concerned on a monthly basis. Regular information is also provided on the delivery of the improvement plan, tough choices and corporate complaints.
