The Data Protection Act 1998 is in place to ensure that all personal data that we collect from council tax payers, customers and staff is processed fairly.

The District Council takes its responsibilities under the Data Protection Act seriously and has systems in place to ensure that when personal data is processed it is done so in accordance with the Act.
