Equality Impact Assessments
Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) are an important part of our commitment to promote equality of opportunity for all North Dorset citizens.
The purpose of the EIAs is to ensure that all our services consider actions to further improve service delivery and employment practice. Over a period of three years each service will identify specific actions to be taken forward as part of the service planning process.
