Chief Executive Structure Chart
We are responsible for supporting community groups, partnerships, voluntary organisations, Town and Parish Councils. We deal with consultation and community planning, give Councillors the information they need to make policy decisions, monitor performance and report back to local people. We work with others to ensure local people are involved in the future of their communities and their priorities are reflected in the way the Council allocates resources.

Policy and Performance Structure Chart
The Council is committed to meeting the needs of local people and focusing on providing a better service for our customers. We provide front-line services to the people of the District, ranging from refuse collection to planning applications, environmental health to benefits. The Customer Contact team is the first port of call for inquiries and can deal with a range of issues or refer customers to the Council's technical experts for more details.
