North Dorset People and Places Awards 2005

the awards were run for the first time in 2005 and gave the chance to nominate someone or somewhere in North Dorset for one of 32 awards recongising achievement in tourism, arts, sport, recycling, conservation, business and community work.

All categories were shortlisted by a dedicated judging panel, with an awards presentation for all shortlisted entries at Bryanston School on Saturday 26 November 2005.

• Best new housing - group and individual
• Best new build - non-domestic
