If you have a complaint about the condition of a food business or about the safety of a food product please contact the Environmental Health Food Team on 01258 484318.

Premise Complaints

Details of your complaint will be passed to the officer who regularly inspects the premises to investigate.

Food Product Complaints

Details of the complaint will be taken and if appropriate any product available will be collected.  The complaint will be investigated, for products made outside of the north Dorset area the officer will liaise with the relevant local authority.
