Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment is a careful examination of what, in your work, could cause harm to people.  You then consider whether sufficient precautions have been taken to prevent harm to employees or other persons.

The assessment considers the hazards, the associated risk of injury or ill health and who may be affected.

The HSE website includes guidance or risk assessments including access to electronic copies of advisor leaflets.

Please call Environmental Health at North Dorset District Council (01258) 484381 or e-mail us for more details of this service.
