Premises Licences

This licence is required for any premises where licensable activities take place and will be for unlimited duration. There are no statutory limits to the hours and days that businesses are able to provide licensable activities. Residents and businesses within the vicinity of the premises, as well as other authorities, can make representations about an application. Representations must relate to the licensing objectives and must not be frivolous or vexatious. How to apply

To apply for a premises licence you will need to complete the relevant application forms and return them to the Licensing Department, North Dorset District Council, Nordon, Salisbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 7LL. The form must be accompanied by;
