Clubs Using The Blandford Leisure Centre

Whether you are a club looking for a venue to train and compete, or an individual looking to join a club, Blandford Leisure Centre has something to suit everybody.

Main Pool

Fantastic 4 lane 25 meter pool, used currently home to the North Dorset Triathlon Club and Blandford Swimming Club.  Lifeguards and ASA Qualified Teachers are also available for hire.

Learner Pool

A popular pool for schools and lessons.  This is an ideal venue for instructing non-swimmers.

Sports Hall
The superb Sports Area has the capacity for up to five badminton courts; a 5-a-side football pitch; basketball court; volleyball court; indoor hockey pitch; cricket nets; and a climbing wall or a combination of these.

Outdoor Courts

With our 4 outdoor hard courts, or three full sized netball there is always a court available.  Courts are available Monday – Friday 6.00-9.00pm and at Weekends.

Squash

The Centre has three squash courts. Courts can be booked on the hour in 60 minute slots.

Badminton
The Centre has five quality badminton courts, ideal for any club training.

Sprungfloor Gym
The Sprungfloor Gym is great sized multi-use hall. The Hall is designed primarily to accommodate Blandfords varied range of exercise classes, martial arts clubs, and trampolining club. 

Preetz Room
The Preetz room offers a warm intimate venue for a multitude of activities from meetings and workshops to Yoga and birthday parties.  Lovely venue for smaller groups.

In order to benefit from the reduced club booking fees of 17.5% on normal booking prices, each club must take out an annual club membership of £34.50.
