Choosing Your Membership

Shaftesbury Leisure Centre offers an extensive range of membership packages and options to suit all needs.  From the freedom of no contract Direct Debits and no joining fees to memberships that allow you to use the gym as well as all of the aerobics classes that we offer.

As a member of Shaftesbury Leisure Centre you will fall into one of three categories

• Adult - A person aged between 25 and 59.
• Concession - A person aged between 18 and 24, a full time student, registered disabled or any person aged 60 years or over.
• Leisure Pass - A person aged under 18 or any person in receipt of council tax benefit.

Once you have allocated yourself into one of these categories there are three main ways of paying to use the gym that you need to think about and it will depend on your usage as to which one will suit you best.  If you are only using the fitness suite occasionally, once a week or less then Pay As You Go (PAYG) might be your most suitable option.  If you intend to use any of the facilities or activities twice a week or more then please check out Monthly Direct Debits and Annual Payments.  Annual Payment offer the same benefits as monthly direct debits but offer 12 months use for the equivalent of 11 monthly payments.  There are however no refunds or cancellations with this type of membership.
