One 2 One training is your opportunity to meet one-on-one with a trained fitness professional to develop a fitness programme specifically designed to your needs and interests.

Our One 2 One training sessions will be customised to your needs and goals, and scheduled at your convenience.  Scheduling regular sessions with your trainer will help you prioritise fitness in your weekly routine, and motivate you to follow through in caring for yourself and your health.

One 2 One sessions can now be scheduled on a 2-1 basis.
