At the North Dorset Leisure Centres we are constantly trying to improve the services that we offer the public and our primary role is “Encouraging Active Lifestyles”. In order to help focus our efforts we have set ourselves the following areas of development over the next couple of years.

• Make our services easier to access by developing ICT systems.
• Improve Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop methods of communication, consultation and customer engagement.
• Increase attendances.
• Develop Facilities in Gillingham.
• Increase income and control our costs.
• Review our processes and ensure the centres are safe places to visit and work.
• Develop a Leisure Centres Marketing Plan.
• Ensure we have good relationships with partners.
• Improve staff recruitment, retention and motivation and establish North Dorset Leisure Centres as excellent places to work.
