Evidence Base
The Local Development Documents (LDDs) that the Council will produce as part of its Local Development Framework (LDF) must be soundly based in terms of their content - being based upon a robust, credible evidence base - and by the process by which they are produced. The question of ‘soundness’ will be key to the adoption of the Council’s LDF, being central to each LDDs examination by an independent inspector.
