Student Nurses

Unlike students, traditional student nurses such as those training to be registered under Section 10 of the Nurses, Midwives and Heath Visitors Act 1979 are disregarded for the purpose of discount but will not be subject to any additional exemption. The disregard applies for as long as training is undertaken prior to registration.

A discount form can be sent by the Billing Authority. Once it is received back with the documentary evidence confirming the course the student nurse is undertaking, the account will be updated and revised account will be issued.
