The Council has a 'fit for purpose' Housing Strategy 2007-2009 which outlines it's three strategic priorities of affordable housing, homelessness and vulnerable households and private sector housing.

Public Consultation

The Council’s Draft Housing Strategy 2010-2013 is now available for public consultation. Comments are invited by Friday 5 March.

The Councils new Private Sector Housing Strategy 2010-2013 is also available for public consultation.  The strategy will be of particular interest to landlords, tenants, homeowners, health, housing and social care professionals.
