Reporting a Missed Collection
To notify NDDC of a missed collection please either call customer services on 01258 454111 or email NDDC at customerservices@north-dorset.gov.uk and include in your email:
- Your name
- Your contact number
- Your address
- Type of Bin Missed. See below
- Before sending your report please check that you have the correct items in the bin. See below
- Before sending your report please check that you have not made any of common mistakes. See below
We will respond to you within 2 working days, normally the same day. Please ensure you have provided all the above details to enable us to rectify the problem and to be able to contact you.

Items jammed into the bin preventing it from being empited.
