If the wheeled bin contains items not accepted by the scheme it will NOT be emptied and it will be the householder’s responsibility to sort the contents ahead of the next collection.

Please follow these guidelines to make sure the bins can be emptied every time:

Do not overfill the bin. If the lid is not closed it will not be collected.

Side waste will not be collected unless it is put out in special pre-paid waste sacks.

Check your collection calendar as the collection days may have changed.
