Missed Refuse Collection Report Form
To notify NDDC of your refuse being missed please email NDDC at customerservices@north-dorset.gov.uk and include in your email:
- Your name
- Your contact number
- Your address
- What time you put your refuse out
- What has been missed - How many bags/boxes etc.
- Can you hold onto the missed refuse until next week or do you need NDDC to send an operative to remove the waste?
Please ensure you have checked that NDDC collect the type of waste you have presented. See list
Once you email is received you will receive an automatic reply.
Your report will be passed to the Waste Management Department.
If you have requested that the missed refuse is removed we will endeavour to get someone to you within 12 working hours.
