When will my refuse be collected?

Refuse is collected on different days, depending on the area in which you live. To find out which day your refuse will be collected, please follow these steps.

1) Open the GIS page.

2) Agree to the terms and conditions and click the 'enter site' button.

3) Click the 'Waste Theme' link near the bottom of the page.

4) Click the 'Address search' icon Gazetteer

5) Enter your postcode in the new window and click the 'search' button.

6) Find your property and click the 'click for map' link. Your property will then be displayed on the map marked with a yellow dot.

7) Click the square checkbox next to 'Refuse Rounds' on the right-hand-side menu, and a series of coloured dots should appear on the map. These indicate the collection days.

8) To find out which day relates to your property, click the 'Legend/Layers' button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
