Non-Domestic Rates
The non-domestic rates, or business rates that are collected by local councils are the means by which
businesses and others who occupy non-domestic property make a contribution towards the cost of local

Trade Waste
Under the Control of Pollution Act 1974 trade and commercial waste has to be charged for separately
to business rates. In accordance with this, all waste producers are also required to complete a Duty
of Care Waste Transfer Note which is normally supplied by the waste contractor or authority |  |
Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG)
FWAG
exists to provide farmers, landowners and other clients
with the best opportunity for environmental gain through cost effective, quality solutions. They provide
farmers and landowners with practical advice on making adjustments to farm operations and enhancing
farm features in order to support wildlife, landscape, archaeology, access and other conservation issues.
FWAG also operate a farm plastic recycling scheme
There are 66 local FWAG groups across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland,
with over 120 Farm Conservation Advisers and Project Officers.

A job-board specialising in promoting recruitment opportunities in the social work,
residential care, and social housing sectors.Established in 2005, they have over 100 recruiters regularly
