How to pay
Your bill indicates your method of payment. Payments may be made monthly, half yearly or annually as follows:
Your Non Domestic Reference now can be found on you annual bill and consists of 9 digits, starting with a 8.
1. Direct Debit on the 1st, 15th or 25th day of each month. This is the most cost effective method of payment and is recommended by the Council and your Bank/Building Society. If you would like to pay by Direct Debit please complete and return the instructions enclosed with your bill or contact Revenue Services for the relevant form.
2. Post Office. Payment via the Post Office using a Bar Coded bill is free of charge. If you want to pay by this method and your bill does not have a bar code on the front please contact the Council .
3. Internet Payment. By clicking the link below or the Online Payments icon on our home page you can make an internet payment to us. Please ensure you have your Non Domestic Reference Number ready as shown on the front of your bill.

4. Automated Telephone Payment. Please call (01258) 484337. You must have a touch tone telephone to use this service. Please ensure you have your Non Domestic Reference Number ready as shown on the front of your bill.
5. Bank Giro Credit. Payment slips are provided with your bill to pay at any bank. Some banks may charge for this service.
6. By Standing order/Electronic Banking/Telephone Banking. Please quote: Sort Code 401218, Account number 11207709 when using one of these methods. Always quote your Non Domestic Rates Reference Number as shown on the front of your bill.
