Business Premises - A large number of business premises are likely to be subject to regulations that control the suitability of the premises site, construction and operation. Units of the Council are able to offer advice on the suitability of premises and will, where relevant, be required to enforce regulations that apply. If you are expecting to establish a business, change the operation of your business or the premises from which you operate you are strongly advised to contact the Council to determine if such changes require approval and what process will apply.
