Unsure which calendar to download - If you are unsure which week or day your collection will be you can locate your property with our online Mapping Service 'Nordmap'. This will confirm which week we visit your property and on which day.
Making it easier for the crew
To make collections as quick and efficient as possible please:
- Seperate your recycling in your kerbside box
- Wash and squash all plastic bottles, food cans and tins to save space
- Keep paper dry by placing it in a plastic bag (wet paper cannot be recycled)
- Please do not put broken glass into your kerbside box.
Please note that we currently unable to offer a kerbside recycling service to all properties in the district due to access and/or capacity problems.
