Reporting a Damaged Bin

To notify NDDC of a damaged bin please email NDDC at customerservices@north-dorset.gov.uk and include in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your contact number
  • Your address
  • Type of Bin - See below
  • Damage- See below


Please continue to use your bin as best you can.
A replacement bin will be delivered to you as soon as possible.


If your damaged bin is full it may not be removed until after it has been emptied.

Once emptied please do not continue to use the damaged bin, please leave the damaged bin empty in an area where it can be seen so we can remove it.


We will respond to you within a maximum of 2 working days.
